How do I transcribe Thai audio or video to text?
Upload an audio or video file and get a transcript split by speaker, with timestamps on every segment. Review and correct it on one page, then export it in the format you need.
This transcription tool accepts MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, OGG and FLAC audio as well as MP4, MOV, WEBM and MKV video, up to 500 MB per file. It works well for meetings, interviews, lectures, podcasts and any clip you want as searchable text. Pick Thai, English, Chinese or Japanese, or let it detect the language automatically.
The transcript is broken into speaker turns with timestamps. You can rename speakers, fix any misheard words and play back the original audio while you review (audio is kept for 48 hours). Segments the model is less confident about are flagged as uncertain, and you can filter to just those, which makes checking a long recording much faster.
When you're happy with it, export the transcript as TXT, Markdown, Word (DOCX), PDF or Excel (XLSX) at no extra cost. Need minutes next? Paste the text into the meeting summary tool.
Transcription requires an account and is paid in coins: 2 coins per minute of audio, with a 5-coin minimum per file. You see the duration, the exact cost and your balance before you confirm, and coins are refunded automatically if a job fails.
How to use

- Choose a language or leave it on auto-detect, then get a price estimate
- Check the duration and coin cost, then confirm to start
- Open the result, rename speakers, edit text and review uncertain segments
- Export as TXT, Markdown, Word, PDF or Excel
Frequently asked questions
How much does transcription cost?+
It costs 2 coins per minute of audio, with a 5-coin minimum per file. You always see the exact cost and your balance before confirming, and coins are refunded automatically if the job fails.
Do I need an account?+
Yes. You need to sign in before uploading so coins can be charged and your transcripts are kept in your account history.
Can I convert an MP3 to text? Which formats are supported?+
Yes. Supported audio formats are MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, OGG and FLAC; supported video formats are MP4, MOV, WEBM and MKV. The maximum file size is 500 MB.
Can I transcribe a YouTube video or a stream VOD?+
Yes, as long as you have the video file. The tool takes file uploads only, not links, so download the clip or VOD first and upload it like any other recording.
Does it separate different speakers?+
Yes. The transcript is split by speaker, and you can rename each speaker after transcription. The new names carry through to your exported files.
How accurate is Thai speech to text?+
It handles clear speech well. Heavy background noise, overlapping voices or a distant microphone will lower accuracy. Low-confidence segments are flagged as uncertain so you know where to look, and every segment is editable.
What export formats are available?+
TXT, Markdown, Word (DOCX), PDF and Excel (XLSX). Exports reflect your latest edits and speaker names, and exporting is free.
How long is my uploaded audio stored?+
Audio is kept for 48 hours so you can play it back while reviewing. After that you can still edit and export the text, and you can delete a transcription job at any time.
